Certificate of Craft

Every Rookie product containing crystal/handcrafted work or custom orders will receive a certificate of craft to certify its authenticity. Rookie will initialize any refreshment or repair of our items with our certificate of craft guarantee. Our craftsmanship offers superior service to preserve and protect our product so that it may become your heirloom. We will honor our certificate of craft through its practical lifespan.

Our certificate craft protects our garments from specific workmanship of loose threads, loose rhinestones, and or discolored gems. It however does not cover abuse or neglect of products caused by misuse, and or accident. Failure to observe care instructions including incorrect laundering. Damage caused by rips, cuts, and or tears. Burns and abrasions. Cosmetic damages caused by minor scratches, surface deformations, or discoloration. Unauthorized modification or alteration including any repaid done outside of our Rookie team.
